Wase Local Government Area and its environs are highly educationally disadvantaged. The 12th Emir of Wase, HRH Alhaji Abdullahi Maikano who laid an exemplary penchant for community based educational and infrastructural development initiated the establishment of JNI school in Wase. The 13th Emir, HRH, Dr. Haruna Abdullahi continued the good work and established the JNI Primary and Secondary Schools. Today, 19th August 2024, the Students of Abdullahi Maikano College of Education,Department of English Language, came together to put into practice what they learned in the course ENG 323 **Theatre and Drama in Education**, the course aimed at equipping teachers on how to educate their students using theater and drama method. The event was not just an academic requirement, but a testament to the hard work, creativity, and dedication of the workerholic lecturers of the department in using drama as a powerful tool in education. I'm thrilled to announce that the event was a resounding success! The performances were inspiring, engaging, and brought to life the theories they have studied. The collective effort made the day memorable, showcasing the potential of theatre and drama to transform educational experiences. A big thank you to the course Lecturer *Mrs. Saidu Murjanatu* and rest of the lecturers of the department *(Mr. Danjuma Y. Bawa, Mr Saeedu Yarda and Mr. Jacob Out)* and everyone who participated, supported, and encouraged the students. Your enthusiasm and commitment made this day possible.
